6rwen Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6rwen ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6rwen website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotional programmes, and any other services provided by 6rwen (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 6rwen platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

6rwen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or display a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing 6rwen from Bangladesh. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version governs in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create and maintain an account on 6rwen, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6rwen enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. 18+
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 6rwen, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or have an active account suspension on 6rwen.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any point during your use of the Services when requested by 6rwen for verification purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of 6rwen Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure this information remains current; outdated or inaccurate details may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

Each person may register only one account. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, or if you have previously held a closed or suspended account, contact support immediately via live chat at [email protected] before creating a new account.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 6rwen will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any request for your password from someone claiming to represent 6rwen should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You must notify 6rwen immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 6rwen accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

6rwen operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, but most commonly before your first withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure at 6rwen's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits at 6rwen are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method but starts from ৳200 for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. 6rwen does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full review of the associated account, which may result in suspension pending identity clarification.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 6rwen after identity verification has been completed on the requesting account. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Typically under 5 minutes after approval
• Rocket / Upay: Typically under 10 minutes after approval
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, etc.): 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours (BST, UTC+6)
• Visa / Mastercard: Up to 24 hours

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund your account. 6rwen does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not previously used for deposits on the same account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no platform-side withdrawal fee; however, third-party provider fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6rwen is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity through its platform. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal player behaviour, that show unusual deposit-withdrawal patterns without corresponding gameplay, or that involve large sums of BDT in a short period may be flagged for review. 6rwen may temporarily hold withdrawal requests pending investigation and will cooperate fully with any lawful regulatory or enforcement inquiry.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6rwen offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all 6rwen bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of activation. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity window expire automatically.
• All cash bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), which must be fulfilled using real-money gameplay before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage than video slots. The contribution schedule for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 6rwen reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled before you have met the wagering requirement, your real-money balance and any wagered deposit amount will be returned, but bonus-funded winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to artificially low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 6rwen use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, rely on physical card shuffles and roulette spins conducted by trained professional dealers. 6rwen does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game's developer and are disclosed in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 6rwen's server-side records are the authoritative source for determining the state of the game at the point of disruption. If a game round cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical fault on 6rwen's side, the bet for that round will be returned to your account. 6rwen accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

All sports betting markets are subject to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL match authorities for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding a sports result, 6rwen's decision — made in reference to the official governing body's determination — is final.

6.1 Prohibited Tools and Tactics

The following are strictly prohibited on the 6rwen platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with games
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors — players who discover and exploit a bug rather than report it will be treated as having engaged in fraud
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access 6rwen systems in an unauthorised manner
• Placing bets using inside information on sporting events

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay-specific prohibitions in Section 6, the following conduct is prohibited across all aspects of the 6rwen platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use
• Using 6rwen for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a payment made to 6rwen in bad faith
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion, account closure, or bonus restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 6rwen support staff or other players
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your account
• Accessing 6rwen via a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location where doing so would circumvent these Terms or applicable restrictions

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 6rwen account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus funds will be removed from your account. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel gambling is becoming a problem — please inform the support agent of this reason. In such cases, 6rwen will apply a permanent self-exclusion flag to the account, meaning it cannot be reopened. We will also ensure you are directed to appropriate support resources.

8.2 Suspension by 6rwen

6rwen reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 6rwen will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within a reasonable period unless doing so would compromise the investigation. Players whose accounts have been suspended without a breach of these Terms will have their real-money balances returned upon conclusion of the investigation.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

6rwen supports responsible gaming through a self-exclusion programme. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (cooling-off) or permanently may do so via their account dashboard or by contacting support.
